Newcastle Airport.

Newcastle Airport Saturday 23/01/2016.  (10.35am - 11.00am)  First visit of 2016 to our neighbours up north to see a couple of Rugby/Football Charters..  Trade Air Fokker FK100 9A-BTD arrived yesterday from Brive-la-Gaillarde as (TDR398) and was due to depart back their later this evening as (TDR399).. while also arriving yesterday from Bournemouth with Bournemouth FC 'who Play at Sunderland today' was VLM/Vizion Air OO-VLP Fokker FK50 as (VLM960) and lastly... and in for the weekend stop over was West Atlantic BAe ATP SE-MAJ, which arrived early this morning from Stansted as (SWN007W).

 

A blast round South Yorkshire after an Antonov and finishing over in Humberside via Hibaldstow.... 

Doncaster (Robin Hood) Airport Sunday 30th October. (11.00am - 13.45pm) Motor Sich Airlines Antonov AN12 UR-11316 arrived as (MSI6548) from Karup lastnight (29th) and departed to Varna as (MSI6549) mid afternoon.

Hibaldstow Sunday 30th October. (14.30pm - 14.45pm) nipped into the Skydive Centre to hopefully shoot the resident Dornier's... but unfortunately due to low cloud most were locked up in the hangers with only HA-HIB Dornier 27 and N105AN Ce208 Caravan going in the box...

Humberside Airport Sunday 30th October (15.30pm - 17.00pm) and lastly on to Humberside to see a few old BAe Jetstream 41's that have been here for a few years now which included, ex Brindabella Airlines VH-EXE, VH-EXF and a one of the ex BAe Demonstrators G-CGJL 'looking worse for wear'... while visitors were one of Easterns recent Embraer ERJ170 G-CIXW, Sun Air BAe Jetstream 32 OY-SVF operating the Alborg service as (SUS51S/54S), and lastly one of Bristow's AW139 G-CHBY operating another offshore sortie just before dark as (BHL530)!  

 

Doncaster (Robin Hood) Airport..  to see a classic Ilyushin IL62 which was night stopping, so headed off straight from work at 4.30pm, getting back home after midnight!!

Doncaster (Robin Hood) Airport Tuesday 1st November (18.50pm - 20.50pm)  Rada Airlines Ilyushin IL62F EW-250TR routed from Tripoli as (RDA1562), and after a nightstop departed back to is origin as (RDA1563).. others of note scattered around the biz ramp were various Citations..N902MX Ce525 Citationjet M2, 2-MUST Ce510 Citation Mustang, A7-AKA Ce550 Citation 2 and lastly in the hanger was G-CFGB Ce680 Citation Sovereign..

Doncaster (Robin Hood) Airport..  to see two classics that are 'i suppose' regulars their, but not for me!

Doncaster (Robin Hood) Airport Sunday 27th November (11.00am - 15.30pm)  Had a ride down to Doncaster to see the two 2Excel Aviation oil spill response Boeing 727-200s G-OSRA and OSRB...  G-OSRB arrived from Lasham as (BRO61T) around 12.30pm, and then did a bit of training out to Humberside and back then entered the hangar, while going in the opposite direction was G-OSRA, which came out of the hangar and left to Lasham as (BRO61T) just after 15.20pm. Others of note.. flybe ERJ170 G-FBJG operating from Berlin to Dussledorf as (BEE4422/4453) and ERJ190 G-FBEM operating from Alicante to Amsterdam as (BEE4438/4413), Thomson Boeing 737-800 G-TAWK routed from Malaga to Lanzarote as (TOM3735/3772), whilst all parked up were the following...A couple of Cargo Boeing 737-400F HA-FAU and G-JMCZ both arrived late from East Midlands on the Friday 25th November for their weekend stop over as (BCS704P) and (BCS703P) respectively and lastly a couple of GA/Biz.. G-OSRL Learjet 45 and the 2Excel Oil spill response Pa31 Navajo G-UKCS, which was out and back in Hangar to make way for the 727 movements....
