Teesside International Airport Movements in 2022!
Some of the more interesting visitors in 2022 that I've managed to capture!!
Wednesday January 5th (13.45pm - 14.45pm) USAF Bell/Boeing CV-22 Osprey 09-0042 had a warning light appear while operating through the zone yesterday afternoon as (Knife71) and landed at Teesside as a precaution. A sister ship (10-0052) operating as (Knife73) arrived from Mildenhall lastnight with bob the builder and left some 3 hours later leaving the stranded Osprey behind. Then early afternoon today (08-0049) arrived as (Knife71) dropping Bob and his team off and departing back to Mildenhall some 15 minutes later. So with Bob and his team doing the business on the sick Osprey, it eventually left early evening as (Knife72) back to Mildenhall. One other of interest was Air Hamburg EMB550 Legacy 450 D-BFIL arriving from Venice as (AHO178Y), and was due out the next day to Emmen as (AHO185U)
Thursday January 6th (09.50am - 10.15am) OY-EUR Pilatus PC12 routed from Aarhus to Stornoway, while shot from my house on approach was 2Excel Boeing 727-200 G-OSRA routing from and to Doncaster as (BRO27T).
Tuesday January11th (17.45pm -20.00pm) SE-RIL Ce560 Citation XLS arrived from Geneva yesterday as (JET7) and was due out to Chambery the next morning, while a busy night for USAF visitors due to their Epic Totem special forces exercise, which is running from Monday 10th until Thursday 13th, and had the following in tonight operating from and to Fairford.. two Bell/Boeing CV-22 Ospreys, 11-0060 as (Oath71) and 08-0049 as (Oath72), and two Lockheed MC-130 Hercules, 08-6205 as (Asher41) and 09-6207 as (Asher45).
Saturday January 15th (10.15am - 10.20am) Up in the fog this morning for the Luxwing Ce525 Citationjet CJ2 9H-ALL which arrived from London Stansted as (LWG102) on Thursday 13th, eventually departing to Frankfurt on Monday 17th as (LWG191).
Teesside Thursday 27th January (18.45pm - 19.30pm) Two executive jets tonight. HA-420 Hondajet N542MP arrived from Jersey as (TWY142), while arriving from Warsaw was Smart Jet Hawker 400XP SP-EAK as (SAH53P), having both stopped the night the Hondajet left to Oxford Kidlington while the Hawker 400 left to Southampton.
Saturday 5th February (14.00pm - 14.15pm) Two Ce525s this lunch time. Aero ways Ce525 Citationjet D-IERF routed from and to Munich as (MCK301), while routing from and to Zurich was Alpine Flightservice Ce525 Citation M2 HB-VTW as (FSE1C)
Tuesday 8th February (18.30pm - 19.00pm) Gain Jet Ireland Hawker 800XP EJ-REVA arrived from Shannon as (GJI185U), after stopping the night it headed over the pond to Teterboro via Reykjavik and Goose bay. Not long now for these two Boeing 737s.. ex Fiji DQ-FJF and ex SAS LN-RRN.
Tuesday 15th February (17.45pm - 18.10pm) TUI fly Deutschland Boeing 737-800 D-ABKN arrived with the German national women's football team for there match at the riverside against Spain in the Arnold Clark Cup, it routed from and to Frankfurt as (TUI8962/9863F).
Saturday 19th February (10.45am - 11.00am) Air Hamburg ERJ135CJ Legacy 650 D-ALOA arrived from London Luton as (AH)675B) and was due out later to Samedan, while Loganair ERJ135 G-SAJR was on parked up on stand 5R for the weekend after arriving lastnight from London Heathrow as (LOG36RA).
Sunday 27th February (16.40pm - 17.00pm) Routing from Valencia to Oxford as (TWY142) was HA-420 Hondajet N542MP, whilst Air Hamburg Embraer ERJ135CJ Legacy 650 D-AWIN arrived from Samedan on 26th as (AHO675B) and left to Luton as (AHO823E) later today.
Tuesday 1st March (14.30pm - 17.00pm) Jota Aviation BAe RJ100 G-JOTS brought in Tottenham FC for there FA Cup game against Middlesbrough, and routed from and to London Stansted as (ENZ107/8), meanwhile Ce525 Citationjet CJ4 M-KNOX arrived yesterday (28th Feb) from the Isle of Man, and departed to Biggin Hill early on the 2nd March.
Saturday 5th March (10.00am - 10.30am) Just a couple this morning in not the best light.. Pilatus PC12 M-JJTL arrived for a nightstop routing from and to Denham as (XCH486), while Gulfstream G550 M-USIC departed back to Farnborough after arriving yesterday afternoon.
Saturday 19th March (14.00pm - 15.25pm) 2Excel Boeing 737-300 G-SWRD arrived lastnight from Farnborough as (BRO542A) with Chelsea FC for there FA Cup game with Middlesbrough, and was due out later to London Gatwick as (BRO542A), while routing from and to Luton was Learjet 75 G-ZNTJ as (BZE07B/07C), and lastly Royal Air Force HS Hawk XX337 diverted in on an emergency on Wed 16th while operating out of Leeming as (Aggressor 23), and hasn't moved since.
Friday 15th April (11.00am - 13.20pm) Noteables today... Topjet Executive Hawker 400XP I-TOPX arrived lastnight from Milan Linate as (TJD402) and departed to London Luton this afternoon, while also arriving yesterday for a nightstop and routing from Oban to Nottingham was Diamond DA40 Star PH-WOH. Pilatus PC24 D-CJMS arrived from Faro as (BTX15E) and is due out to Amsterdam after a night stop as (BTX162), and lastly Easyjet Airbus A319 G-EZDN was in for several hours of crew training routing from and to London Gatwick as (EZY9090/1).
Saturday 30th April (10.30am - 12.15pm) Pilatus PC24 D-CHMS routed from Biggin hill to Faro as (BTX30).
Saturday 14th May (11.10am - 11.30pm) Just the two today. Ex Blue Islands ATR,42 G-ISLH arrived last Sunday May 8th from Jersey as (BCI201) and is for Willis, so might have been its last flight, while Falcon 2000 HB-JTC arrived last night from Lugano for a weekend stay before heading back to the Swiss city on Sunday 15th.
Saturday 28th May (08.45am - 10.15am) A quartet of executives in this morning...... Canadair Regional Jet 200 9H-JOY arrived lastnight from Nice as (AXY672V) and is due out to Venice later as (AXY535U), EMB505 Phenom 300 G-JAGA arrived Thursday 26th from Paris Le Bourget as (LNX23JG) and is also due out later back to Paris Le Bourget under the same call sign, while two Ce560 Citations XLS+ YU-TBA and D-CXLS both arrived lastnight and routed from Alicante to Alicante and Athens to Chester Hawarden as (AHO412/435Y) respectively.
Thursday 2nd June (10.30am - 11.10am) Gulf 4 N129NS arrived late lastnight from Clarksburg North Central as (GJE1209) and departed today to London Stansted, while HA-420 Hondajet F-HLTT routed from Epinal Mirecourt to Genoa as (SRK018).
Friday 3rd June (17.15pm - 20.15pm) Couple of Ce560 Citation XLS+ in this afternoon, D-CSCB arrived from Doncaster as (SCR187) and was due out to Faro after stopping the night, while Air Pink example YU-PNK routed from Alicante to Hamburg. KLM Embraer ERJ175 PH-EXL and Loganair Embraer ERJ145 G-SAJC were operating the Amsterdam (KLM15S/1536) and (LOG574) Belfast City) respectively, and lastly on the annual Lourdes return flight was Enter Air Boeing 737-800 SP-ENV, routing from Tarbes-Lourdes to Katowice as (ENT535/P).
Sunday 12th June (07.40am - 10.00am) All white Airbus A320-200 LZ-FBD was operating the weekly Bourgas flight as (BGH5523/4), Silver Cloud Ce560 Citation XLS D-CHDJ departed to Farnborough as (SCR744) after arriving from Faro yesterday, while the only thing of interest to me after yesterdays Airshow was Summit Air Dornier 228-200 C-FPSH, which arrived from Newquay yesterday and departed to RAF Cosford with the RAF Falcons parachute team.
Friday 17th June (14.20pm - 15.00pm) Castle Air Agusta/Westland AW139 G-LAWA routed from and to Croft as (Castle 07) while Falcon 8X OO-HHO routed from Geneva to Birmingham.
Saturday 18th June (13.45pm -13.55pm) Air Hamburg Private Jets Embraer ERJ135 Legacy D-AHOS routed from Paris Le Bourget to Ostend as (AHO847F), while on the weekly Jersey flight was Eastern Airways ATR72 G-IACY as (EZE71J/72J), and lastly Eclipse EA-500 2-MUJJ arrived from East Midlands, and was due to leave to Dublin after stopping the night.
Sunday 19th June (16.30pm - 18.40pm) Volare Aviation Hawker 750 2-SHOT arrived from Biggin Hill as (VLZ746A), and was due out to Malaga the next morning, while Ce550 Citation Bravo G-JHEX routed from Oxford to Inverness as (CBM55). Not long left now for Loganairs last Embraer ERJ135 G-SAJT, which was operating the Aberdeen (LOG3VH) to Belfast City (LOG61BN) services.
Thursday 23rd June (17.40pm - 18.10pm) 3M Co Gulfstream G650 N93M arrived from Bern,, and headed off some 24hrs later to St Paul Downtown. Air Hamburg Embraer ERJ135 Legacy D-AHOX arrived from Florence as (AHO558N), leaving to Aberdeen the next morning as (AHO897J), while operating the (LOG3TL) up to Aberdeen and back was G-SAJH Embraer ERJ145.
Saturday 2nd July (12.45pm - 13.10pm) Eastern used ATR72-212 G-CMEI on the weekly Jersey run as (EZE71J/792) this afternoon.
Friday 8th July (13.10pm - 14.10pm) CL604 Challenger D-ATMJ routed from Malta to Palma, while sat waiting for the JCB's bucket was ex Royal Air Maroc Boeing 737-800 CN-RNJ which arrived on 17th May from Casablanca as (RAM8718).
Saturday 9th July 12.00pm - 13.10pm) Iberia Regional Bombardier Regional Jet 1000 EC-MJP routed from Perpignan to Toulouse as (ANE2078/2058) and was a first type visit. Vistajet Bombardier Challenger 350 9H-VCB routed from London Luton to Ibiza as (VJT453).
Sunday 10th July (18.40pm - 19.10pm) Another Iberia Regional Jet, but a 200 series this time, EC-NLM routed from Ibiza to Perpignan as (ANE6079/5079), and Loganair Embraer ERJ145 G-SAJL was operating from Aberdeen to from Belfast City as (LOG3VH/61BN).
Friday 15th July (15.00pm - 15.30pm) Not often you get foreign registered Partenavia P68s at Teesside, but today two graced the ramp, Zeeland Air example PH-DKI arrived 13th from Texel for some survey work, departing to Aberdeen Sunday 17th, while D-GKRE arrived from Heidi Busum, again doing survey work, finally leaving back to its origin on Monday 18th. Aero west Ce680 Sovereign+ D-CARO routed from Palma to Exeter, and lastly on the move, but unfortunately not under its own power was the fire training ATR,42 N5039Q/UR-UTA, which got positioned to a better location for a pics.
Saturday 16th July (17.00pm - 17.30pm) Regular Gulfstream G650 N288Z arrived from Athens on Friday 15th, and was due to leave Monday 18th to London Stansted.
Sunday 17th July (12.00pm - 12.20pm) & (16.15pm - 16.30pm) Gama Aviation Challenger 650 G-GCCM routed from Inverness to Jersey as (GMA215/042), and later visit for the Smart Jet Be400 Beechjet SP-TAT, which arrived from Leeds Bradford as (SAH026P), and was due out to Ibiza after stopping the night.
Monday 18th July (18.45pm - 19.00pm) FAI-Rent-A-Jet Learjet 60 D-CITA arrived from Nuremberg as (FAI1262), and was due to leave to Vigo as (IFA1266) the next morning.
Friday 22nd July (15.00pm - 15.40pm) Bombardier Global 7500 N807LA arrived from Nice as (XOJ807, while also arriving from Nice was Saxonair Learjet 40 G-UXLA as (SXN40B), it departed to Biggin Hill some 50 minutes later under the same call sign.
Friday 29th July (17.15pm - 18.55pm) Centreline EMB550 Legacy 500 G-HARG routed Bristol to Mykonos as (CLF5378), Flying Group Falcon 2000 PH-CTH arrived as (FYG61V) from Budapest and was due out the next morning to Malaga as (FYG62V). IAC Medical resident Be200 Super King Air G-IASC arrived (MDI15) from Liverpool., while Smartwings Ce680 Citation Sovereign OK-EMA arrived from Palma as (TVJ31J), departing to London Luton early the next morning as (TVJ11J).
Saturday 30th July (09.00am - 10.20am) Luxaviation UK Ce560 Citation XLS+ G-GAAL routed from London Luton to Newcastle as (LNX5AL). Titan Airways Airbus A321 G-POWW positioned in from Stansted (AWC325Y) to do a MoD Charter to Karup as (AWC251).
Friday 12th August (16.05pm -19.05pm) Busy day today with the start of the grouse shooting season...Gama Aviation Gulfstream G280 G-JSNS departed back to Jersey as (GMA463) after arriving from there on the 10th. Air Hamburg EMB135 Legacy 650 D-AIRZ routed from London Luton to Malaga as (AHO842W), G-HARG EMB550 Legacy 500 arrived from Mykonos as (CLF258), and after a nightstop headed to Bristol as (CLF258), Royal Air Force Boeing C-17A Globemaster ZZ175 routed in from Fairford and departed back to its Brize Norton base while on some training duties as (RRR836). Cirrus SR22 N988SR arrived from Fairoaks for the weekend, 'while all arriving on the 10th' NetJets EMB505 Phenom 300 CS-PHS arrived from Nice as (NJE177H), departing the next morning to Rotterdam as (NJE5MH). Ce525 Citationjet CJ3 CS-DOS arrived from Malaga as (VVV352), leaving late on Sat 13th to Malaga. Luxaviation Belgium Falcon 7X OO-AIE arrived from Brussels as (AAB615) and left to Cannes on Sat 13th, and lastly on the schedules this afternoon were Loganair ERJ145 G-SAJK operating Aberdeen to Belfast city as (LOG36PC/61BN) and KLM Cityhopper ERJ175 was PH-EXM operating the (KLM15S/90Y) Amsterdam service.
Saturday 20th August (10.45am - 13.40pm) Just the two of interest today.. German Airways ERJ170 D-AKJC arrived from Eindhoven and departed to Cologne Bonn as (GER320/F) while Air X Charter Bombardier Challenger 850 9H-YOU routed from Wroclaw to Palma as (AXY696S/993A).
Tuesday 23rd August (18.45pm - 19.10pm) Pilatus PC12 OE-EGO was on stand 5RR after arriving from Salzburg as (JAR24) on Sunday 21st, eventually departing back to its origin on Wed 24th. Presidential Aviation Falcon 900 N70FK seen arriving from North Central State for a five day stay before heading off to Aberdeen on Sat 27th.
Thursday 25th August (13.10pm - 15.50pm) Noteables tonight....AirLec Air Espace Swearingen Merlin 3B F-GRNT routed from Biggin Hill to Bordeaux as (ARL421), Air Prague EMB500 Phenom 100 OK-VAN arrived from Prague as (PRG388), and stopped until the Fri 26th when it departed back to Prague as (PRG389). Two EAPC Pilatus PC12s in tonight, OO-PCN arrived from Brussels and departed the Fri 26th, while sister ship OO-PCK routed Oxford to Brussels Charleroi, and lastly sat in the sun was N70FK Falcon 900.
Saturday 27th August (13.10pm - 15.50pm) A few Executives today.... Air Bremen Ce560 Citation XLS D-CCVD arrived from Oxford as (ATL1D), departing the next morning to Malaga, Smartwings Ce680 Citation Sovereign + OK-JRS routed from Farnborough to Munster as (TVS97J/75J). Air X Charter Embraer ERJ135 Legacy 9H-WFC arrived from Palma as (AXY433C), leaving early the next morning to Thessaloniki as (AXY126F). Ortac Air Ce525 Citationjet CJ3+ 2-TEAM routed London Stansted to Jersey as (ORT3B/3C), while Netjets Ce680A Citation Latitude CS-LTK routed from Northolt to Frankfurt as (NJE453B/258L), and lastly operating Easterns (EZE71J/72J) weekly Jersey service was ATR,72 G-IACY.
Monday 29th August (18.30pm - 19.00pm) Of interest tonight, with the trio all arriving yesterday were. The Italfly Aviation Ce525 Citationjet M2 I-FVAB which arrived from Trevisco as (ITL603), and left the next evening back to its origin. CS-DOL Ce525 Citationjet CJ3 of Valair arrived as (VVV611) from Malaga, leaving back to the Spanish city as (VVV631) on Tuesday 30th. Flying Group Luxembourg Pilatus PC24 LX-JVC arrived from Liege as (FYL51VC), and left after two days on the ramp as (FYL42VC) back to Liege.
Tuesday 6th September (17.45pm - 18.15pm) Ce680 Citation Sovereign D-CBAY arrived from Munich on Sunday 4th, departing back there on wed 7th. Gestair Falcon 2000 EC-MLA arrived today also from Munich as (GES021A), and left to Northolt after stopping the night while Netjets Ce680A Citation Latitude N687QS arrived from Frankfurt and is due 7th to Oberpfoffenofen.
Wednesday 30th November (15.50pm - 16.10pm) Of interest tonight was a couple of Falcon 900s arriving both from the USA.. N780SP arrived on Monday 28th from White plains NY and was a Leeds Bradford diversion due to fog there, and was due out tonight to Luton, while N4SM arrived on Tuesday 29th from Morristown NJ as (EJM91) and was due to leave back there on Sunday 4th, and lastly our new Classic resident due to the sad closure of Doncaster Airport G-OSRB Boeing 727-200 was getting towed back to Hanger 2 after a breif flight today as (BRO28).
Friday 2nd December (13.30pm - 14.45pm) A very productive 75 minute visit this afternoon.... Air Taxi Europe Reims/Cessna F406 Caravan D-ICCC arrived yesterday evening from Bratislava as (TWG202) and departed to Hannover as (TWG102) this afternoon. 2Excel was out and about on a couple of flights with there Classic Boeing 727-200 G-OSRB as (BRO28). G-TAYC Gulfstream G450 arrived from Farnborough on Thursday 1st and was due back their on Saturday 3rd, ASL Group Ce560 Citation XLS+ OO-VMF arrived on Thursday 30th Nov from Maastricht, departing back their this afternoon, another angle of the Falcon 900 N4SM which would be rude not to shoot due to the nice light! GlobeAir Ce510 Citation Mustang OE-FOE routed in from Birmingham as (GAC960J) and was due out to Maastricht as (GAC859J) after a night stop. Ravenair Pilatus PC12 G-OJFA routed Newquay to London Stansted as (RVR1FA/3FA) and lastly another new resident which I've not shot yet was one of Draken's new Aero L-159E ALCA G-DKNE going on some engine test.
Friday 9th December (13.30pm - 13.50pm) A couple of nice visitors arrived this morning... Harmony Jets Falcon 100 9H-CLD and North Flying Swearingen Metro OY-NPE both arrived from Gyor as (HMJ208) and (NFA125) respectively, the Falcon 100 was due to leave for Lyon on Sunday 11th, while the Metro left to Stockholm early Sat morning, meanwhile another shot of our classic resident Boeing 727-200 G-OSRB chills in the winter sun...
Friday 16th December (13.40pm - 15.00pm) Noteables this afternoon... Titan Airways Airbus A321 Neo G-GBNI arrived from Belfast City with the Prime Minister and left to London Stansted some 30 minutes later as (AWC646/7), Air Taxi Europe Reims/Cessna F406 Caravan D-IATE routed from Gyor to Hannover as (TWG222/123). Ce680 Citation Sovereign D-CEIS arrived from Leeds as (EFD6S) and was due out later to Geneva, while Bio flight A/S sent two of their Vulcanair P68s OY-VNS and OY-YPS routing from and to Chester Hawarden as (BIO02) and (BIO12) respectively. Lastly finally caught up with new resident N5757 PA46 Malibu Mirage and a RAF Embraer EMB500 Phenom 100 ZM334 as (CWL39) which was in for a overshoot.
Thursday 22nd December (13.30pm - 15.30pm) First Boeing 747-400 in several years graced the ramp at Teesside this afternoon as One Air Boeing 747-400F G-UNET routed from London Stansted to Cardiff as (HGO501/2) on a training flight.
Friday 30th December (12.45pm - 12.55pm) A short visit today in the rain for the Air Alliance Learjet 35 D-CFIV, routing from Geneva to Cologne as (UNI118).
